23 New affordable rental units in Larkspur, CA.  Our clients, EAH, the largest non-profit affordable housing developer in the West, was able to purchase the site for $1 as part of a density bonus arrangement available in the zoning code.  The construction of affordable housing on this site allowed our other client in the project, Monahan Pacific, to increase the number of market rate units from 13 to 23.  We prepared the Land Planning documents for that project as well.  A win-win for all concerned.
