This 192-unit rental apartment complex will be a mix of market rate and designated affordable units.  The focus of the development will be the multi-function Community Building, which will accommodate a neighborhood market, bakery, coffee bar, leasing office (all open to the public,) and Community Center spaces available to tenants.  Extensive landscaping, a public open space recreation area, state of the art solar energy systems and a host of other sustainable design features will minimize the environmental footprint.
