Our responsibilities for this project, in addition to overall design, included procuring all Planning Approvals, Building Permits, and performing Construction Administration tasks for the building shell.  We were also retained to design the interiors for the Owners’ Headquarters offices on the upper floor.  The clients requested an “ultra modern” interior and we welcomed the opportunity to provide it.  The project was delayed for nearly ten years due to plans by Cal Trans for an overpass that would negate the usefulness of the site, which was ultimately defeated by the voters.  The lower floor of the building is the new home of the twin cities Twin Cities Veterinary Hospital.
