This project won an award from the City of Piedmont for best residential reconstruction of 2018.  The original house, a non-descript  1970s ranch house, was completely destroyed by fire.  The only thing remaining of that house is the building footprint.  We completely reorganized the floor plan and opened up the interior to the spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay and the City beyond.
